04/24/2008-  I would like to give many, many, many thanks to the following people.  For without them, I wouldnt have been able to have the success we had at the Midwest Horse Fair

Jodi Pursley-  Trailered Lady and Lily to the horse Fair

She also stayed overnight with Breeze to feed him all night so i could go home to care for my horses!  She fed and loved him as if he were her own!   Jodi helps me get my 'stuff' together for this event to make sure I dont forget stuff and what I dont have, she does!

Brianna Pursley-  Brianna was the best mama for Breeze all weekend.  She took him out for walks and sold cookies along with Jodi for donations.   She also stayed over night on Saturday night to feed Breeze.  They both made cookies to sell during the walks!

Michele Linke - Michele stayed with Breeze on Friday night.  She  also brought cookies, and food for all of us to eat, so we didnt have to pay $100.00 for a hamburger each day!  (Ok, so I had one burger-  I couldnt resist!)  She also contributed items to bring to the event. She also took care of the other horses with Emily and myself.

Emily Volp - Emily helped to take care of the Morgan mares we brought along with hanging with us and Breeze.  She took the mares out to walk when they needed some stretch time.  Hard to take them out with a bizzilion people and horses around.  She took excellent care of them.

Ross -  Ross helped with the big work like the water buckets and such and helping with the foal and the Morgan mares.  he was a great help!

If I didnt have these wonderful friends, i would never have continued this horse rescue.  You all mean so much to me and i love each and everyone of you!

Thanks to my sister Denny and Peter who helped me with the websites.  My brother Peter has donated his website to this horse rescue.

Also thank you to Judy Elliott of Richland Center, WI, for telling me of these auctions and taking the first new rescue horses to my home!  She also has a website under Petfinder.com in Wisconsin under Richland Area Rescue and does rescue for Richland County, Wi for dogs, cats, horses, etc.

A very special thank you to Jodi Pursley of Pursley Valley Stables of Cross Plains, WI.  Without her, I couldnt do any of this rescue.  She has given me a wealth of information about horses.  She also does alot of my training!!

And a big thank you to the people who have donated services, equiptment, grain and money!  I will be able to pay for the non-profit status and also for vaccines for the year!!  Thanks so much.  My babies and I appreciate that so much!
